Power Steering Gear Boxes

Power Steering Gear Boxes The Power steering Gear box has an arm attached to the output shaft called the pitman arm. This connects the steering box to the steering gear. The pitman arm is connected to one end of the center or drag link. In the other end of the center link is an idler arm. Between the idler and pitman arms, the center link is supported in the proper position to keep the left and right wheels working together. Over time the gear box starts leaking and requires replacing.
BCA Hub Assemblies & Bearings

Hub AssembliesYour front wheel hub bearings are an important part of your vehicle's steering, suspension, and braking systems. The front hub bearings typically mount on the end of the front spindle, between the spindle and your front brake rotor. A worn hub bearing will usually make a grinding sound which is more noticible when turning in the direction of the side of the worn hub. In a lot of instances the wheel speed sensor for the Anti-lock brake system is part of the front hub bearing. If this is the case the whole hub assembly has to be changed if your wheel speed sensor is bad.
Rack & Pinion (FWD)
Rack & Pinion
Replacing the Rack & Pinion : Rack and pinion steering is somewhat different. Basically it combines the steering box and center link into one unit. The steering wheel, through the steering column, is directly connected to the rack. One end of the inner tie rod ends is connected to either end of this piston and the other end is connected to directly to the outer tie rod end. The inner tie rod end is actually threaded into the outer tie rod end and can be rotated to make adjustments during a wheel alignment. The advantage of rack and pinion steering is that it is more precise than the mechanical system. By reducing the number of parts and pivot points, it can more accurately control wheel direction and is more responsive. The down side of a rack and pinion steering system is that they are prone to leakage requiring replacement of the rack assembly..

The pitman arm is connected to one end of the center or drag link. In the other end of the center link is an idler arm. Cooling System Products
Heater Cores
Cooling system products 4-Seasons Heater Core is designed to be mounted at the dashboard on the passenger side in incorporation with the air conditioning system. It functions by way of the coolant that is routed through it by way of the heater hoses. With a blower fan on its construction, the heat carried by the coolant is delivered to the air flow to reach the passenger compartment air stream. On the other hand, this heater core can also serve as help when the car experiences overheating. Through the use of this, the engine cools as the heater system acts now as the secondary cooling system with a behavior or manner same as the main cooling system. So, if ever your car faces a problem in their heating system because of heater core failure, don’t think twice to buy 4-seasons Heater Core. For sure, the heating system of your car will deliver better performance. You can secure 4-Seasons Heater Core from us.
Water Pumps
water pump Water pumps come in many designs, but all work the same. They use a rotating impeller to force the coolant through the engine block. Impeller type water pumps must turn rapidly to be efficient, and worn or loose drive belts can permit slippage that is not easily detected. The water pump uses centrifugal force to send coolant to the outside while it spins, causing coolant to be drawn from the center continuously. The thermostat is located where the coolant leaves the engine. There is a bypass that goes around the thermostat and sends the coolant back to the water pump if the thermostat is closed. If the thermostat is open, the coolant goes past the thermostat and through the radiator and then back to the pump. Also before the thermostat is a separate circuit for the heating system. These circuits take coolant from the cylinder head and passes it through a heater core and then back to the pump.
Blower Motors
OEM Replacement Blower Motors Our Blower Motors are designed to move the air required for ventilation, heating and air conditioning quietly and efficiently, with minimum use of power. High-quality materials and modern design can provide space- and weight-efficient motors capable of long, maintenance-free life. They're also a permanent magnetic type, designed for continuous operation, and come equipped with permanently lubricated, self-aligning bearings for long life and dependable performance.
Fan Clutches
fanclutch Fan Clutch refers to an automatic device frequently used in automotive cooling systems. When the engine is cool or even at normal operating temperature, the fan clutch partially disengages the engine's mechanically-driven radiator cooling fan, generally located at the front of the water pump and driven by a belt and pulley connected to the engine's crankshaft. This saves power since the engine does not have to fully drive the fan.

EGR Valves
Egr ValvesThe EGR valve is the main emissions control component in the exhaust gas recirculation system. The valve is located on the intake manifold, and opens a small passageway between the exhaust and intake manifold to allow a metered amount of exhaust to flow back into the engine. This reduces combustion temperatures and helps control the formation of oxides of nitrogen. The EGR valve is opened by the application of vacuum to its control diaphragm. Some also require a certain amount of exhaust back pressure before they'll open. On newer vehicles, the valve is electronic and uses one or more solenoids or a small stepper motor. The valve should remain closed while the engine is cold and at idle. It should only open once the engine has warmed up and is running at part-throttle. If the valve sticks shut (or is disconnected), NOX emissions will soar and detonation will often result (See Detonation and Spark Knock). If it sticks in the open position or fails to close all the way, it acts like a vacuum leak resulting in a rough idle, hesitation and possible stalling.
Oxygen Sensors
oxygen sensorOxygen sensors, or O2 sensors, are required to perform a critical function on your vehicle in the harshest of environments: Measuring the oxygen content of the exhaust just after it leaves the cylinders. The oxygen sensor has to accurately check this red-hot exhaust hundreds of times per minute and send that data to the vehicle computer. The fuel/air mixture hangs in the balance, and you're probably familiar with the symptoms of a bad oxygen sensor: Black smoke from the exhaust, a rotten-egg odor, and poor performance and fuel mileage. Fortunately, a bad O2 sensor doesn't require a trip to the dealer parts counter. We have oxygen sensors from the top oxygen sensor manufacturers at great prices. Bosch oxygen sensors are original equipment on hundreds of vehicles, and we have Bosch O2 sensors for most of them listed right here. A new Bosch oxygen sensor will restore like-new performance to your import or domestic car, truck, van, or SUV, and you know you're getting an oxygen sensor that's made to the rigorous specifications of your original equipment oxygen sensor.
Fuel Pressure Regulators
Fuel Pressure RegulatorAn essential part of a vehicle’s engine upgrade, a fuel pressure regulator is going to make sure that your multiport EFI gets the precise fuel pressure that it needs. Optimum performance is going to be compromised if your injection system is running a too low or too high a fuel pressure. An aftermarket adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator will allow you to fine-tune your system to squeeze every last horsepower out of it.
Idle Air Control valve
Idle Air Control motorAn electrically-operated valve which allows air to bypass the throttle plate in a fuel injected engine to regulate engine idle speed.
